inclusive careers education and meaningful employer experiences closer together.

For 15 years, Talentino! has worked with schools, colleges and local authorities to help young people recognise
their potential and prepare for their next steps, including those with SEND and others facing barriers to opportunity.

By bringing Ductu’s employer relationships and workplace experiences into the Talentino! lineup, we can connect more
of a young person’s development journey; helping them understand their strengths, explore where they could
use them and build on what they discover through real-world experiences.

Together, we want to broaden experiences of the world of work and what young people believe is possible for their future,
while recognising that success and progression will look different for every learner.
